We started Mint Ultimate with a simple goal- to elevate the competitive nature of Ultimate. We believe that this starts with helping every Ultimate player achieve their in-game potential in terms of physical, spiritual, and intellectual greatness. Mint supports players and organizations at every level of the game through the innovative design of Ultimate products for training and competition.

Our design philosophy is to Cut with Purpose. Every product we make is designed to help Ultimate players achieve their potential.  Every feature that ends up in a Mint product has a deliberate function that helps to improve a player's performance.

For instance, one product philosophy that we hold is that Ultimate gloves are meant to provide a consistent touch when playing the disc.  Specifically for our Synthetic Cutter glove, we designed that consistent touch to provide substantially improved catchability for a player while balancing a smooth release for throwing. Every aspect of the design was delineated from this goal- from the selection of grip, the creation of the seamless fingertips, and the inclusion of our low profile wrist.  Every facet of our Cutter glove is Cut with Purpose in order to make it the best glove for consistent catching and playing.
