Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several conditions of the goods are exempt from being returned. If the item had arrived to you defective (torn or unusable), then a refund will be issued with a photo of the glove.
If a glove has been deemed reasonably unusable through gameplay within the first year, then a replacement will be sent once if we are notified of the issue. Depending on the damages, we may ask you to continue playing with the gloves in the current state until further wear.

To complete your return, we also require your order number, receipt or proof of purchase that may be made available through emailing email@example.com.
There is a maximum of two replacements per order.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective within the first month of your purchase date. If you need to exchange it a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers pay for exchange shipping back and forth.
